How often does HostingArmor scan my website?

The HostingArmor scanner is set to scan your website every 24 hours. However, you also have the option to perform an on-demand scan. The On-Demand scan functionality is particularly helpful correcting vulnerabilities found by HostingArmor.

Will my card be billed for the Free Trial?

No. There is no cost for our 30-day free trial and you will not be billed for the first 30 days of service. Actual billing will start at the beginning of your second month of service.

Can HostingArmor be used for PCI Compliance scanning?

Yes. HostingArmor can be used to perform web application audits as well as OS, application and database configuration audits for PCI, HIPAA, NSA and many other standards. Please keep in mind that scanning is only one part of being PCI Compliant however.

How often are Vulnerability Definitions Updated?

Vulnerability definitions are updated as soon as they are released.

Does HostingArmor support Windows and Linux server operating systems?

Yes! HostingArmor can be used on both Windows and Linux. Because HostingArmor is browser-based, no software needs to be installed on your personal PC and it works with every browser.

Does HostingArmor offer a money-back guarantee?

HostingArmor offers a 30-day free trial on the HostingArmor web application vulnerability scanner. If you are not fully-satisfied with HostingArmor at the end of your trial, simply send an email to sales @ hostingarmor.com and your account will be cancelled, with no charges incurred. Emails must be received on or before the 30th day of your free trial to cancel before being billed.

Is there a limit to the number of domains I can scan?

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your account at any time. Please note that cancellation requests must be received 2 business days prior to your next billing cycle to prevent additional billing.
